No one taught us how to properly care for ourselves and bodies at a young age.  

So as grown ups we have to figure this shit out.  

But I’m walking proof that it can be done! 

With 8 children, a job, social activities, a sick mom and responsibilities–

I managed to lose 100 pounds FOUR different times.

I am walking proof that it can be done…you have to believe that this can be your testimony as well.

You are not basic.  You are not average.

And this is why I created a 1:1 coaching program.

What is included in the 1:1 coaching?

What is the minimum time required to work with you?

Be ready to coach for three months! This is the perfect amount of time to see results. You need to give yourself time to adjust and form new habits! You’ll be mind-blown by your results!

How long will it take to see results?

Yes, the questions we all want to know! This depends on your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. This is why we have a planning call where we discuss and map out your plan of attack. But to answer your question– clients start seeing results two weeks to a month. Either way, you will be seeing some major body changes. 

What if I’m busy and don’t know if I have the time?

I get it– we are all busy. I know what it's like to be too busy to care about taking care of yourself. I know what it’s like to be in survival mode. But I know that it’s possible. I’ve done it for myself even as a working mom of 8. I’m here to show you that you can do it too. I’m living proof. So, it does not matter if you’re too “busy”. I hate working out– will I have to commit to something I don’t like?

NO! I’m all about customizing it to YOU and your wants/ needs. I’ve had plenty of women lose weight by only changing the foods they ate! I don’t know if you’ve heard the saying, “Abs are made in the kitchen” but it's true. You are what you eat. It’s possible to lose weight without having to constantly work out! Don’t let this stop you from saying yes to yourself!
